Work Performed:
Building Pressure Washing

After years of not being serviced, we were employed to do a deep cleaning of the Mission Valley Shopping Center’s building facades and sidewalks in off hours. Throughout the project we strategically utilized a 40’ stick boom lift in order to properly clean elevated masonry facades which could not be washed with high pressure from ground level. Following the site wide building facade cleaning, we surface cleaned all concrete and paver sidewalks removing chewing gum, FOG staining and spot treating rust stains. Prior to cleaning each night our technicians would place berms in front of entrances in order to prevent water intrusion into retail stores/restaurants.
