Work Performed:
Community Gutter Cleaning

We utilized a combination of extension ladders, backpack blowers, rope belay and a Goat Steep Assist Device to fully remove all sediment and leaf debris from the gutter systems at Parkridge Lane. Following the removal of the debris we tested each of the downspouts to ensure they were free of clogs and functioning properly. Parkridge Lane features an unusually steep pitch on select three story condominium buildings. This is when we employ the Goat Steep Assist device to safely access the challenging gutters. After clearing the gutters, we ensure that all leaf debris is responsibly disposed of in the natural areas surrounding the property.
