Sidewalk & Curb Cleaning

The Board of the Wakefield Plantation Master Association engaged our company to clean all of the communal sidewalks. The sidewalks totaled 111,087 linear ft (~21 miles). The project was phased and completed over a six-week period. Water access was coordinated through the City of Raleigh fire hydrant meter network. Our crews work efficiently and our operations management completed period quality checks throughout the course of the project. Our deep bench of crews, our dedicated Account Management and our use of custom software were the differentiators that resulted in us being awarded the work and successfully completing the project.

About the Property

With more than 2,700 homes in distinct styles and neighborhoods, Wakefield Plantation is a large development located in North Raleigh. The original planned community was built around a golf course country club but has grown into a suburban community with multiple amenities that include schools, a regional library and YMCA, medical and dental practices, and three shopping centers with diverse shops, businesses and restaurants.
