Building Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning

We were contracted by the HOA of this condo association to complete a full property cleaning on an every three year rotation. The scope of service included balcony cleaning, exterior building facade cleaning, precast coping band pressure washing, vented louvre cleaning, hand cleaning of exterior light fixtures and the mailroom, along with exterior window cleaning. Access was a combination of interior coordination to each unit and an 80ft stick boom lift.
