Pressure Washing for Breezeways, Clubhouse & Dumpster Enclosure

Older multifamily communities often are passed between property management companies, and that can sometimes lead to lapses in exterior maintenance and cleaning. The Ariel in Charlotte, North Carolina, was in dire need of exterior cleaning services when RKW Residential recently acquired the property. RKW recognized the need to improve the property for current residents and improve first impressions for new residents so they brought us in to perform much-needed pressure washing for breezeways, the clubhouse and the main dumpster enclosure. A deep-clean process was performed in the breezeways, including stain removal and surface cleaning, as well as gum popping, where high pressure and hot water are used to melt gum off of the concrete. After we completed the work in May of 2025, online reviews were increasingly more positive, ownership was thrilled with the improvements and the client was overall extremely satisfied.

The Ariel was built in the late 1960s and consists of more than 400 apartment units. Management company RKW Residential was recently awarded management in order to improve the quality of living for current residents and attract new families.
