The Mission Valley Shopping Center had worked with us before and could trust us to handle all the complex columns and brick work. The same team who performed pressure washing for Mission Valley previously was brought in. These experienced technicians were able to look at the project and determine with ease what chemicals to use and where to spot clean. Special care was taken to work topdown, soft washing painted exteriors of buildings to remove mold and mildew and wall cleaning and flushing walkthrough areas, building columns and underneath metal awnings for organic growth, cobwebs and insect nests. We hope to extend this relationship into annual work maintaining the shopping center’s concrete.
