Downspout Flushing & Jetting

SOR has maintained the gutters and downspouts for several years. The community identified an issue with their underground lines not being properly maintained and ask our team to assist. The main issue was that the community had no idea where their underground lines came to the surface due to landscaping that had damaged the pop-up covers, removing them, which eventually led to the sod covering the pop up drains entirely. SOR then jetted all underground lines and marked each opening with a brightly colored survey flag. We then used a drone to take an overhead shot of each building and create a detailed annotated map to mark the newly installed pop up covers throughout the community.
