Home / Business / Case Study: Little River Pavilion
Work Performed: Pressure Washing & Exterior Building Cleaning
Our team has consistently performed annual exterior cleaning for the Little River Pavilion over the years. When the commercial strip mall had budget issues early on in 2025, they decided to pause the service. By the end of 2025, however, they discovered a budget surplus and reached out to us. The long-time property manager had established a trust with our account manager and asked us to, as they put it, “make the best use of the money.”
We pressure washed concrete surfaces and soft washed building facades and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) surfaces to remove mildew, algae and pollen. We also used the extra funds to go above and beyond with our services, cleaning curbing, dumpster pads, rear service corridors, and monument signs and pillars. We worked on this project in December 2025 during the day, as water would freeze at night, but took great pains to not disrupt shoppers or traffic.
We hope to continue these additional services as part of our annual cleaning.
