Work Performed:
Building Pressure Washing

Carolina Pavilion was a project with some very technical aspects. Over the course of seven working nights in Charlotte, our team cleaned an estimated 57,000 linear feet of building facades. We utilized a 32 foot electric scissor lift to access the higher portions of the facades and signage. Our team thoroughly documented any lighting outages in signage prior to washing. We then employed a low pressure soft washing technique to clean the signage without causing any additional electrical issues with the lighted signs. Our crews worked in the off hours at night to ensure no disruption to the shopping center guests during the day.
