The Alexandria Center for Life Science-Durham multi-tenant campus was up for a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) international award and needed to look its best. The owners had worked with us before and gave us an urgent call. Account Manager Brian Talty worked all weekend to provide a quote for what would turn out to be a 200-hour job.
No other pressure washing service provider in the Raleigh area could complete a job of 100+ hours in under two weeks — but we got the job done! This all-hands-on-deck operation had an order of “if you see it, clean it.” A team of skilled technicians pressure washed all buildings, curbs, sidewalks, benches, fixed art and more throughout the park, and softwashed guard shacks and canopies. Special attention was paid not just to cleaning organic but also inorganic material including rust, grease, oil, tire marks and any evidence of foot traffic.
